These racing highlights were filmed during the Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europe race series that were held July 24 - 24th, 2015. The Trofeo Abarth Selenia Europe race series gives Abarth drivers an affordable opportunity to race their cars on the most prestigious race tracks across Europe. The Abarth Assetto Corse cars are prepared directly by the Abarth Officine (Workshop), and are then delivered to “Abarth Racing” tuners who care for racetrack maintenance and support.
Abarth Assetto Corse are special built race cars and come in various levels - the 190 hp 500 Assetto Corse, 205 hp 695 Assetto Corse and the top of the line 695 Assetto Corse Evoluzione. The Abarth 695 Assetto Corse Evoluzione is powered by a 1.4 T-Jet engine with 215 hp and uses a 6-speed sequential gearbox. During the races on the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps the Abarth 695 Assetto Corse Evoluzione ran an extremely high average speed of 150 km/h.
