*for illustration purposes, not the Prima Edizione
This FAQ was provided by Fiat NA to clients who signed up to reserve a Fiat 500 Prima Edizione during the Fiat Lancia Unlimited car clubs national convention last week. Members of the car club (the largest Fiat club in the US) attending the convention were exclusively given the first chance to purchase a new Fiat 500 in appreciation for 27 years of loyalty to the marque.

wow awesome info chris, the ciaofiat website needs to treat us with an update
Hi Rusty,
Soon, very soon we'll be getting more info. Time is flying and the year is halfway over, I think September is going to be an interesting month for us...
so... if all of these people were given the opportunity to reserve a car, they must have been given some details about the cost, options, etc... Someone must have leaked some info by now...

Hi, the FAQ in the above post is all the info people had when they placed their order. That, plus the cars come in Red, White and Grey, have Prima Edizione badging, sequential numbers and the sunroof and block heater are optional. That's it. I was there and it's true.
I would say many of the people at the club dinner were hardcore Fiat fanatics. Most, like myself, have been waiting to buy a Fiat for the past 27 years.
We know cars, know Fiat and have been reading about the 500 for the past 3 years. Plus, we were given the right of refusal, so jumping at this chance was no problem.
It really was a once in a lifetime opportunity. You can still be part of this, just sign up at ciaofiat.com!
Any word on whether the white version is the 'funk white' or just plain white?
