July 4th is not only Independence Day but is also the day the Fiat 500 celebrates its birthday. This year denotes the 59th anniversary of the debut of the Fiat 500 in 1957. Fiat traditionally holds a celebration to mark the occasion and this year the island of Capri was chosen in part to highlight the new, limited production 500 Riva model.
Fiat teamed up with Riva, the famous Italian maker of luxury yachts, and created the special edition 500 Riva. The beautiful island off the coast of Italy was the perfect venue to show off the elegant 500 Riva. The special edition 500 Riva fits right in.
